A high energy change agent with a swiss army knife skill-set to find and unlock value, Amy drives profitable growth while coaching and motivating teams to navigate change. Her expertise spans product management, operations, general management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Amy began her career with Lucent Technologies, transforming professional services to a fee-for-service model prior to transitioning into sales.  After a decade in the telecommunications industry, Amy moved to the technology industry where she made the transition to sales management and customer engagement for a natural language automation SaaS vendor. As a result of unprecedented year-over-year growth, she was promoted into management to increase the contribution margin.  This experience resulted in her leading several start up acquisitions, including one of a customer experience software company to Verint Systems in 2017. Most recently she has expanded her expertise to the financial industry where she has guided teams though digital transformation and is passionately supporting organizational change for a Fortune 500 company.

 Amy is a lifelong student and enthusiastic seeker.  She leverages her experience and certifications while guiding teams and individuals through change management.  She is credentialed as a “Navigating Challenging Dialog Facilitator”, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and certified as a PROSCI change management practitioner.

Amy is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner and excels at helping people adopt and use change to drive success.
