The Career Clarity Workshop, based on H.O.W.’s Career Compass program, provides a guided, step-by-step approach to help you articulate your unique value, define your goals, leverage your strengths, and plot a course for success.
This in-person workshop is limited to 12 attendees so you receive advice that’s tailored to your specific situation, while providing an opportunity to strengthen your network.

The Career Clarity Workshop is $2,000 per person, which includes breakfast, lunch, all materials, and the option for a 30-minute post-workshop Zoom meeting.

If you can’t attend the Career Clarity Workshop, consider participating in the Career Compass online program. You have access to the same materials (education, strengths assessment, worksheet, questionnaire) AND you will receive a 60-minute 1:1 session with Carrie Collins. After your meeting with Carrie, she’ll deliver your Career Compass Results:
